Hi. I had a problem with one of my lids. I reached out to them and sent pictures of the shipping package and lid. I'm just receiving my new lid. I haven't placed it on the cup yet, but it came with what was originally missing. I'm just glad they were willing to fix the problem without hesitation. The shipping to me took long, but at least they did ship it. I would definitely purchase from them again. Thanks 😊

I received my new camping Tumblr this week. I am very happy with the Tumblr it’s got a great depiction of my husband and I, on it, sitting in camp chairs with our names on the back of the chairs. So cute! This is my second order of tumblers they are very sturdy and I really like them, they keep our drinks very cold, and are dishwasher safe!

Hi I’m very much pleased with what I received I not only just bought one I bought three of them one for my beautiful daughter and one for my mother for Mother’s Day. I would like to say that when I opened it I was so happy to see what I seen thank you so much for this amazing gift that I was able to get not only to myself but my mother and my beautiful daughter who is only 15 years old and she was very touched by the tumbler. I can’t wait to send the other one to my mother I just received it today 05/27/2021 and it will be shipped to my mother even though it’s a late Mother’s Day gift but I’m pretty sure she won’t mind because she wasn’t expecting it. But I love the work out the details on our tumblers and I recommend really recommend that anyone they get some will enjoy it and would not regret getting one. You I have made me the most happiest mother ever and to present this to my beautiful daughter and to my wonderful amazing mother. I ordered 2 custom tumblers and absolutely LOVE them! Drinks stay cold or hot depending on what you are using them for. Communication during the whole process was phenomenal. Total time was 2 weeks!

Everything was exactly as expected and looked great. It’s a Christmas gift for my daughter and I know she’s going to love it!

My experience was great. I love my Tumbler. Just wish it would have came with a straw. You also need more options for fathers. We have two daughters and one is small and one is older than the options given. I would like to get him one but no of them will work for him.
