Company did not follow through with their adjustment of support ties within a year of installation,THAT was part of the plan. Therefore causing a crack in the wall that had been fixed after installation. They came out after I called and told me one of the jacks failed and to call Allen the Manager of the store in Spartanburg SC. I called on several occasions only to get a voicemail. Never heard from them.. I know the owners of this company don’t know about this service. One disappointed customer.

Being a customer of this company was truly depressing experience, mainly due to the behavior of the company's founder. The founder was known for being grumpy and difficult to work with, making it a challenging task to communicate effectively with them. Moreover, their tendency to act as a dictator and force their ideas upon their customers made the whole experience even more unpleasant.
