Terrible experience, I had a very disappointing experience with this company. Their product did not work for me as advertised for Samsung S20, when I reached out for help, they only offered me a $1 refund and another software I didn’t want. I clearly asked for a full refund multiple times, but they kept trying to push alternative solutions instead of honoring their refund policy which is “Money Back Gurantee,” a lie.

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. Their product did not work for me as advertised, and when I reached out for help, they only offered me a $5 refund and another software I didn’t want. I clearly asked for a full refund multiple times, but they kept trying to push alternative solutions instead of honoring their refund policy which is “Money Back Gurantee,” a lie. The customer service was frustrating and unhelpful, and I had to warn them that I would dispute the charge with my bank before they even considered my request seriously. I do not recommend this company — save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.

Trying to reset a Samsung Galaxy Tab A

The product Tenorshare 4uKey for Android (Mac) does not work for HONOR. It is not among the phones they support despite the claims on their website. It is very difficult to get refunds. If you write them to refund as they promised before the purchase, they respond you are no longer subscribed. Support is useless and takes several days and results in nothing. It seems they only way to get a refund is filing a complaint to your own credit card company. Please warn others in reviews.
