I had six new windows and two new doors installed last October by Feldco. When the weather turned nice it was time to open up my windows. But a few of them would not open for me. Today Dave, Senior Field Technician, came to my house to resolve my problem. He did an excellent job. He was very thorough, professional, knowledgeable, and took a lot of time to explain to me the reason I was experiencing the problem. He also made a couple minor adjustments to my front door. He is definitely an expert in his job. Feldco is very fortunate to have an employee with his expertise. All my issues were resolved. Thank you Dave.

Spent 32k with Feldco for windows and doors. High pressure salesman who upscale their product. I had Anderson Windows for over 30 years and never had one Crack or broken window. Ive had these windows now for exactly 1 year. Within that year, they've come back 2 times for broken windows. Currently, Ive had a cracked window for over a month and have been told 4 times (as I call rvery week) since the measurement, "the window is on back order." I get no other response from April at the Peoria office. I called the corporate number today after explaining that I wanted to talk to April's supervisor. I was put on hold for 14 mins and I was sent right to April. (She was the person I was calling to complain about). All this occurred on 06/05/26. She answered the phone, "this is April." I said, "actually I was calling to talk to your boss." She said "we'll, hes not here and is on vacation, but is aware of the situation." I said, thats fine Ill call back Monday and hung up. 4 weeks with a cracked window post measurement and continuously being told its on backorder is not acceptable after I spent this much money on windows and doors. I will push this much further and update this review at every contact moving forward. -Chad

It’s a nice door. But, started having problems with it jumping out of the track; and they just won’t come fix it. In fact ; they charged me for a “ SPECIAL “door that wasn’t even needed!! I had to have another company come “fix” it. So, not only was I charged for a door that cost me a lot more; but, then they wouldn’t even make it right with me!! Poor customer care!!
