Worst experience ever. Never received my order. A big scam I want a full refund of money.

I still don't have my order
I still don't have my order. It's been almost two months since I ordered two of them. They don't tell you it's shipped from China. It went from China to Los Angeles, CA and has been stuck there for a month. Their customer service is no help. I would not recommend ordering from them. I lost almost $200 since I ordered two for gifts and still haven't received them.

I never received what I purchased my address is 1212 Greenbrook circle Desoto,TX 75115 I purchased 2 of your products for $140 and I got nothing in return I emailed you and received no response. I feel as if you just stole my money which is not right
