Very disappointed in my order of outside skirt steak. We strive to find the best meats and are willing to pay for them. Halteman’s in Philadelphia, Booth Creek Wagyu and Central Market prime. This outside skirt steak was so overpriced for sooo little meat. In a comparison of 44 Farms outside skirt steak and Sam’s outside skirt steak, the Sam’s outside skirt steak was vastly superior to the 44 Farms, at a third of the price🤷♀️
