You can't cancel
I am the guardian of a disabled brother. Here's how this works. They give you a "free" trial for $1, and then automatically put you in for the $40/month plan. I have been trying to cancel his account for 2 days. The phone is never answered (and I've been on hold for reeeaaallly long times). The support email doesn't work - and I copy/pasted it from the website. All I can say is: shame on them.
