bought a controller from these people that was advertised to fit my application. It was labeled to fit all lift master does 315 MHz. When I received it would not work. Called a dealer in my area and was told this would not work and to return it. Spoke with 365 Garagedoorparts and they offered an apology for the misunderstanding. I returned the item and paid the return shipping. To top it off they deducted a 10% restocking fee to boot. Not a good experience, will never buy from them again!!!

I am still waiting for a refund for a faulty Liftmaster Jackshaft. Do yourself a favor and buy directly from Chamberlain, avoid this third party seller! They sell open box used returned door opener equipment! See their F rating with the better business bureau

BEWARE: If you have used a credit card on the 365garagedoorparts.net site, check it for fraudulent activity. My card number used SOLELY on this site was compromised. Don't expect customer service to take it seriously. They told me I probably have a virus.
