Promised payment remains unresolved after the stated payment date
In September 2025, I entered into a written agreement with 360 Author Solutions for book marketing and sales-related services. I made a significant payment using the payment methods and instructions the company provided. I have retained the agreement and proof of payment. A company representative later told me in writing that books had been sold, that I had earned a payout, and that the money would be wired to me by a specific date. That date passed, and as of September 29, 2026, I have not received the stated payment. I also have not received transaction-level records that allow me to independently verify the sales represented to me or where those sales occurred. Before the expected payment date, company representatives communicated with me. After the date passed without payment, my repeated follow-up emails and telephone calls did not produce a substantive resolution. The company responded after I posted my Trustpilot review. The company subsequently stated that I reviewed the wrong business. I know this is the correct business because my agreement, payment communications, and emails from the company’s domain connect my experience to 360 Author Solutions. I have provided supporting documentation privately to Trustpilot.
