HPE Renew Purchase
This was my organizations first purchase from 313 Technology and it could not have gone smoother. The communication was great, the product was exactly as described and product was shipped promptly and arrived on-time. I requested (and received) a quantity discount on the product that I ordered which made the pricing even more competitive, especially during this time of supply chain delays and chip shortages. Best customer service by far!
Best customer service by far!! I bought a monitor, tracking didn’t show movement for a couple days, I emailed 313 Customer Support and literally minutes later got an email back and text message from 313 ready to help! In what world does that happen? Needless to say, I highly recommend.
