I had surgery with Dr Brewster
I had surgery with Dr\. Brewster for the second time on July 15, 2025\. My first procedure with him was a BBL, and I was very happy with my results, which is why I trusted him enough to return for a tummy tuck after having three C\-sections\. Unfortunately, my second experience was completely different\. I was instructed to arrive at 6:00 a\.m\. on the day of surgery, but I did not go into the operating room until around 2:00 p\.m\. That alone made me extremely anxious\. Almost immediately after surgery, I became concerned about my results\. I did not see the changes I expected from the liposuction, skin tightening, or abdominal muscle repair that I believed were part of the procedure I paid for\. I expressed my concerns during the postoperative period, but I was repeatedly told that I needed to give my body at least six months to heal and see the final results\. I followed that advice and waited\. More than a year later, my concerns remain\. I am extremely unhappy with the appearance of my abdomen and feel that my skin was not tightened adequately and that I did not receive the result I expected from the procedure\. What has made this experience even more frustrating is the difficulty I have had getting meaningful assistance from the office\. I have reached out several times to discuss my concerns and the possibility of a revision, but I continue to feel as though I am being given the runaround\. In my experience, communication seems much quicker when someone is trying to put down a deposit for a new procedure than when an existing patient is asking for help with an unsatisfactory result\. This experience has affected me emotionally and left me feeling more insecure about my body than I did before having the surgery\. I am not someone who expected perfection, but I did expect a noticeable improvement and results consistent with the procedures I paid for\. At this point, it appears that I will need revision surgery, whether that is ultimately performed by Dr\. Brewster and 305 Plastic Surgery or by another surgeon\. I am sharing my experience because I strongly encourage anyone considering surgery with Dr\. Brewster or 305 Plastic Surgery to research carefully, ask detailed questions about exactly what will be performed, get everything documented in writing, and understand how the office handles concerns or revisions after surgery\. I am extremely disappointed because my first experience with Dr\. Brewster was very good, which made the outcome and the lack of follow\-up after my second procedure even more upsetting\.
