Stay away!
Stay away!! Total rip off!! I was charged $1150 for just a replacement of my tension springs and tension cable reels. I was told that the price was high because my garage door is made out of wood. They charged me $350 for each tension spring, real price $75 each and the tension cable reel $150 each, real price $5 each. It’s a scam. They have many offices all around OC. DO NOT USE!

We’re sorry to hear that you were unhappy with your experience. Although this review was posted several years ago, we still take feedback like yours seriously. Our goal has always been to provide safe, professional repairs using properly matched, high-quality parts, and our pricing reflects not only the components themselves but also expert installation, balancing, safety adjustments, warranty, and the service provided. We understand, however, that you felt the value did not match the cost. We’d genuinely appreciate the opportunity to review what happened. If you’re open to it, please contact us and ask for John. Even though it’s been some time, we’d be happy to review your invoice and see if there’s anything we can do to improve your experience. We appreciate your feedback and wish you all the best.
