I had submitted a withdrawal request last month and when I checked in next morning I found that that my withdrawal request had been approved. However I'm still waiting for the funds into my bank account. I have several times emailed the casino but everytime they say the same line then complaint has been registered to the cashier desk. Please note that they have also provided me two imps number which are useless and untraceable by my bank team as well. TransactionID: 13910129
