Finally, a PM company that gets it!
We moved our entire portfolio over to 247 Property Management after dealing with ongoing issues at another company, and I can confidently say it was one of the best decisions we've made. From day one, the team at 247 stepped in with a clear strategy, stabilized the properties, and tackled long-standing problems with ease. Within a short time, our tenant retention improved, maintenance was being handled proactively, and most importantly, our cash flow increased. Their communication is solid, their systems are efficient, and they treat each property like an investment that matters. It’s rare to find a management company that actually improves asset performance while keeping both tenants and owners happy. 247 delivers exactly that. Highly recommend them to any serious investor looking to take their rental portfolio to the next level.
