Well , like most everyone else that has searched the internet to see if 21 Exclusive Brand was legit, I too was also skeptical simply because there was only 1 review available to reassure people that they are indeed a real company with real products and services. After speaking with my dedicated account manager D Morgan , I can honestly say that I will be patronizing this company moving forward. Mr. Morgan’s professionalism , follow ups and personal touch points has made this entire transaction and purchase that much more positive. The shoes arrived in accordance with their policies and terms and were in pristine condition. The shoes are also 1000% authentic and original . The packaging was also very durable and like I said , I can’t wait to purchase more products from them. Anyone hesitating to pull the trigger, DONT !!
