Scam-They dont have what they advertise. They try and source it out. Stay Away!
It's been 31 days since I placed my order for some Air Jordan's. They never shipped. I called to cancel. Would you be ok with a business not shipping your order within a month, when they say they are in stock? Yeah, me neither. Stay away

This customer has no idea what he is talking about and is close to a slander lawsuit. This customer place an order and selected the Buy Now Pay Later Affirm as his payment method. Affirm is a company that offers loans to customers that do not have all the money to pay for their orders upfront and they lend the money to the customers and the customers make monthly payments to repay the loan. The problem is that since the company fronts the customer the money Affirm pays us and we have to wait to receive the funds before we ship the product that was ordered. This policy is one that is shared with Affirm and our company per our agreement to partner with Affirm. Our policy is clear and will remain the same, we will not ship any order until we receive payment. Therefore because he did not have the money to pay us himself he had to wait for Affirm to pay for him. This is not our fault. Affirm can pay us within a couple days or a few weeks it all depends on the amount of loans they are writing and other factors that can delay them funding us. In this case the we were delayed funding and the customer was notified via email of the delay. Rather than point the blame at where it belongs he wants to make up a lie and say that we do not have the products in stock when we post actual images of the items that we have on our Instagram page which is where the customer found us and found the images of the shoe he ordered. Also the price he paid with us is several hundred lower than you can find the shoe elsewhere. The customer reached out to us and requested to cancel his order and his order was canceled immediately while he was on the phone. We also contacted Affirm and let them know of the cancellation and Affirm has canceled is order and will refund him directly. At the time of this 1 star review we have reached out to Affirm and forwarded his review and Affirm knows that we are not at fault and we will work together to get his Affirm account suspended. Slander of a business will not be tolerated and business do have have to take it. Mr. Herman Roa decided to write this review which is not based on fact so we say thank you for your review, and thank you to Trustpilot for giving us the opportunity to share our side of the transaction so that anyone who reads this review will see that Herman Roa did not tell the entire story nor did he tell the truth. As a company we have to deal with good and bad reviews. We are not perfect but there are always two sides to every situation. Delays happen in sales and in shipping. We can only control what we can control. Mr. Roa was not scammed because he received his money back, actually Affirm received their money back since Mr. Roa could not afford to buy the shoe. We have been partnered with Affirm for more than a year and have helped a lot of their customers get what they want through the loan process, and if we were a scam Affirm would not allow us to be one of their partners. The truth is Mr. Roa is upset because the shoe cost way more money elsewhere and he cannot get it and we feel sorry for him but we hope that he will be able to get the shoe eventually.
