Excelent customer service Gerald!

If you're a beginner. I'm talking no knowledge at all and have even the slightest interest in getting started THIS IS FOR YOU! The amount of resources and support offered is honestly unparalleled. You can tell right away there is a genuine want that you suceed and get as much support as needed to do so. The support team is REAL PEOPLE, not bots, and are available to answer any questions, offer advice, and walk you through every step (at whatever pace works for you). There are so many ads and gimmicks out there offering you some get rich quick strategy in trading and my experience with 20 Minute trader has put them all to shame. This team really does want you to LEARN and develop skills to continue on your very own. They build you up so you can go forward with confidence. Do yourself (and your financial situation) a favor and take a chance on 20 Minute Trader. You won't regret it!!!

I've really enjoyed the course content so far. I'm working through it bit by bit. But what I really appreciate is that I have gotten the occasional text or email nudge from someone on the customer support team. It's always kind, simple, non-urgent but welcoming, usually checking to see if I need help with setting up the charts to be successful. I hate high pressure sales, and up sales.. but I've really enjoyed the support that this team has offered. They're responsive, and understanding and REAL! and if I didn't respond to a text, or email, it was usually a week until they'd reach out again. For me that is ideal. no false urgency, just encouragement and support. Thanks Nicole and Gerald!

Good Service to complete technical issues with tradingview Thanks

So far this company is exactly what they claim to be. I had some trouble accessing my purchase but with some patience and help from their side we got it sorted out and I was able to access all the material I purchased. Seems to be quite an in depth guide with lots of tips, training and strategies just like they say. I definitely went through a phase where I thought it was a scam but because of the consistent and helpful staff I was even more convinced this is a real business that wants to train people. Looking forward to studying all the material and using it.

I signed up with Twenty Minute Trader and I just now finished my onboarding and charting set up with Gerald, who was absolutely wonderful. I have to say that the thoughtful preparedness of the onboarding was unlike any orientation have experienced anywhere, woth the possible exception of my college orientation. I'm grateful to Gerald and Jeremy for what has been an informative, wonderful experience thus far.
