Fast shipping. Kitchen mystery box was underwhleming and 1 item arrived broken, but a replacement is on the way. I would order again. I love mystery boxes.

Update: 1 Sale shipped me a replacement oven very quickly, without even requiring me to return the old one. However, the second one had the same flaw, the fan wasn't mounted. I feel like they got ripped off by the refurb company, and yet, they still issued a full refund again without requiring a return. Customer service would be 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 (6 stars) but the oven itself knocked it down to 4 stars. I will shop with them again. I'm going to have to return the oven, because the part on the inside top that has the fan is loose and the fan won't turn.

These bottles are small and the directions are in Hebrew. The items were shipped quickly. All in all a decent purchase.

I bought a refurbished Farberware microwave oven for $40. The first one 1sale sent was not in good condition; it had unremovable scorch marks and food stains on the inside, and a burnt smell that would not go away. I complained to 1sale and they immediately offered to send a replacement microwave without requiring me to send them back the old one. A week later, I received a package from them, but it was only a new glass platter, not a microwave. I informed them of this mistake. They apologized and sent me another package, which did contain a replacement Farberware microwave oven. The replacement oven is in almost pristine condition and looks new to my eyes. While I was annoyed with the condition of the first oven and the mistake with the first replacement shipment, 1sale stepped up and insisted that they would resolve this issue to my satisfaction. They absolutely did so. Also, throughout this process they kept me informed of the status, gave me tracking information, and responded quickly to all of my emails. I am very pleased with 1sale's customer service. I would happily do business with them again.

I've ordered several times from 1saleaday and have never had any trouble getting my items. The shipping isn't always the fastest, though. Sometimes it is a couple of weeks, other times it's just a few days. But the prices are low and the products have always worked just fine.
