Well inform and ease to talk to

Carlos made it easy to understand everything, made me feel comfortable to be able to reach out to him if I had any issues or concerns

I’ve used them in the past for exam prep and decided to use them again. Had a 1 on 1 meeting with Carlos Diaz and it was very beneficial. He was knowledgeable on the process for Florida also with other states as I am licensed in a few. Great service so far!

Carlos explained everything to me slowly and clearly so that I feel confident in the venture I am undertaking. He broke things down for me in simple steps so that I wouldn’t trip up during this process. He gave me a direct phone number to call or text with any questions. Thanks for all the help Carlos. You cleared up all of my questions about this process.

Carlos Diaz was very informative on how the online course is run. He was very patient with the me while I was sorting out some computer issues.

I have not received my books yet, but when I placed my order the company was up front about how long it would take to receive them. I scheduled a support call with Carlos Diaz. He was able to answer questions I have now about the prep and exam. He also gave me his direct contact info so I can contact him later with any additional questions.

Carlos is very helpful and easy to talk to
