Ordered 11/1 and order has not shipped after 2 months. Emails and phone calls have not been returned. Horrible experience!

They do NOT respond to phone calls or…
They do NOT respond to phone calls or emails. I cancelled my order but had to do a credit card dispute to make sure I sm not charged.

Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service, there 1800 number to speak to an actual representative in always busy and not working and they do not reply to any email messages & my order had not shipped and i paid for overnight shipping.

I ordered from them May 17 and still…
I ordered from them May 17 and still have not received my contacts and I tried contacting them multiple times to see where my order is and no reply. My order status still says getting ready to ship after 2 weeks.
