Do not hire this company! Worst decision I ever made, almost put me out of business. Cole Keener refused to take any calls or answer e-mails after being paid to build a web site for my company. Great guy initially but after got paid zero attention. They took almost 70 days to create the website. I had to e-mail the same information and pictures to Jade Watson many times. She is terrible on that, but she plays the victim very good, I can tell. I thought it would be better after the website was live. It was a total disaster. Very bad placement always. I sent them more than 50 e-mails complaining and received the same answer. It needs more time. After one year and more than U$6k spent, I’m done with them. Do no make the same mistake I did. Many of their workers calling me saying that there were problems with the website. That’s a total disorganization. Was promised results in 60-90 days, however, after 12 months never ranked good for all keywords.

Was sold as a way of driving residential business inbound phone calls. Copied content from our website into their local sites and then worked on keywords. Started asking immediately to redo our website, told them show me results from theirs and I would consider it. 60 days in, 0 inbound calls, but requests to take over Google My Business account, and do more with them. When I reminded them that my measure of success was inbound calls, not page rankings, the attitude started coming through. "Whatever business you are getting at this point it just because of our platform and Landing pages because you are coming up in organics and whatever opportunity you are getting at this point it just because of this platform so i told you give me a access of you GMB as well so i will work on your Gmb as well so you can make some money through Gmb as well. " All this with 0 inbound calls. (Luckily we have been riding a big backlog so could afford a couple months risk) Arrogant and non productive - contract canceled.

Definitely do not hire this company. One of their employees Dannah, had a side hustle or something going and offered to build a website for me among other marketing services for $1500. I paid her in full and she did nothing. Not only that but I paid her an additional $500 separately to file an LLC on my behalf, and she just took the money and never filed the LLC. However she lied to me for two months about the whereabouts of the paperwork. I had to take her to court, and won the suit, to get my money back, but she has yet to pay the judgement. And, just so you know what a dangerous person she is, she told the judge that I hacked into the website (that was never built) and deleted all of her work. This is among various other lies she told me and the judge. It was the most insane experience I have ever had in my life. Definitely avoid this company at all costs.

The web site created was riddled with errors and was described by other website developers as "a billboard in the desert". After explaining that I was receiving Zero leads or calls from my website, I was assured that all was well with my Google ranking. Complete lies and garbage. After cancelling my credit card their only concern was the need to continue to charge my card for their nonexistent SEO work. Was promised results in 60-90 days, however, after 6 months never ranked on the first page or even close. Thought the economy was bad, turns out it was 13 stripes marketing that made me invisible to my customers.
