123paystubs on August 1, 2024 charged my Mastercard in the amount of $47.88. I did not authorize this transaction. I have attempted to contact this business more than a dozen times. I reported it to my bank unfortunately my bank was unable to successfully receive a response or recover the funds. I believe that they got my information from another site or possibly my card information had been sold on the black web. Be careful using your card online these scammers are working overtime.

Spent an hour working on a batch of paystubs only for it to be a complete waste of time! Files would not download nor would they email when requested. Customer service was also a waste of time. Kept telling me to clear my cookies for 15 min before they admitted their "backend" was down. They finally sent me the paystubs the next day although by that time I had already finished with another service. And they refuse to give me a refund! Total con artists. I'm concerned now that they have sensitive data.
