123inkjetsReviews of 123inkjets.com

123Inkjets promised top quality ink. It was all a pink hue. Customer Service did not care. I looked at them closely and some were only half full. Not full was maybe why not a good colour. Insisted full refund, but was not issued. My full order needs to be refunded. A few even leaked in the box too, so I had to toss them into the garbage. Please refund now.

Same as everyone else...ordered supplies and nothing delivered and then they said 5-9 business days for a refund...THEY ARE CROOKS

Not happy not happy not happy!! So I called one two three ain't just on their 888 number and the customer service rep told me that for my type of printer the cartridge of ink I was about to purchase would definitely work with my printer.... So I made the purchase! Only to receive an email from them hours later stating that what I purchased would not work with my printer and that I would need to make a new purchase!! Causing me to take time out of my hectic day to contact my credit card company to stop payment and then I had to go back and do a reorder taking more time out of my hectic day I had to do everything double the work and I don't even know if it was worth it I haven't received my product yet I just hope it was worth it they did have a 20% coupon code that I used but I'm not happy with their customer service because it was not very knowledgeable it gave me inaccurate advice which I followed. But this is my first interaction with them I will try to use them one more time just to see if it's different but I'm just letting y'all know just know what you need before you ask their customer service team!!!!!!

I ordered items two months ago that I didn't receive. I have asked for a refund and have not received that either. All I get are emails with many different dates that the refund will be made asking me to be patient

Ordered an ink cartridge on 7/28/2024 - they made sure & debited my cc right away yet as of today Aug 22, 2024 I have not received it or been issued a refund. We have emailed back & forth several times & each time I am told they are waiting to hear back from their warehouse - DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

Ordered on a Wednesday. The next Monday had not received confirmation that the order shipped. Stayed on hold twice for customer service for 20 minutes each time. Never got through. Their system told me each time to try back later. Finally emailed and they couldn't tell me after 5 days whether the order was still in their warehouse or on it's way. I'm going to try to get a refund but doesn't look promising. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY

I have ordered from this company before, canon ink jet cartridges. Have had no problems with the shipping times or the quality of product that was shipped. I have since bought a new printer and on 3/13/2024 ordered their SKU # GI20SET quantity 3. When I ordered the item showed that it was in stock. March 20 I called customer service and after being on hold for 47 minutes decided to have someone call me back. Customer service called me back later that day and said that the item that I ordered was 0 stock and they would ship out my order on 04/1/24 and send me an email with tracking information. Called in late on 4/01/24 and could not get customer service. I chose the option for someone to call me back. I never heard from anybody. Late 04/02/24 called back in and chose option two to place a new order. waited and no one answered. I chose for someone to call me back and no one never did. It showed on their site that what I had ordered on 03/13/24 was in stock. I then sent an email to their customer service department about what was going on listing order date, order number and still no response. I then after hearing from no one called my credit card company and filed a dispute. Look at the new reviews in the last couple of months, they are all negative. So if you want to play games, waste your time on the telephone trying to find out where your order is then by all mean go ahead and order from them, but my time is more valuable than dealing with a crooked company.

I placed an order on 2/9. They state that it takes 1-4 business days for orders to arrive. 10 days later it still shows as "processing." No response to emails.
