They sent the item by USPS which has it wandering around California and Washington but never reaching Nebraska. When questioned they stated their shipments get lost in USPS all the time so it's not their problem. Using a reliable shipper DEFINITELY IS THEIR PROBLEM.

I ordered two sets of checks for two different accounts. I did account A first added it to my cart, then did account B and added it to my cart. I went to check out and both A and B were in my cart. When my order showed up it was the two different sets of checks but both had account Bs information on them. So one set of checks is useless. When I contacted 123 cheap checks to request the checks for account A be corrected they stated their system didn’t allow for two different accounts to be added to a single order. Yet at no point did their system tell me this or warn me. They offered to redo the checks for account A, but I still needed to pay an additional 50%. I already paid for that set of checks- if your system fails to produce them with the information I filled out- why would I be required to pay more money for the original request. I’ve used 123 cheap checks for multiple order, but will never use them again.
