Paul tutored our son for the Sutton and Tiffin entrance exams, focusing on creative writing, comparative texts and written responses. Paul is a highly effective tutor and able to identify strengths and weaknesses, and provides continuous feedback on how to improve. Homework is set after each session and marked promptly with excellent feedback. He is also highly approachable and engenders confidence which is important for a parent. We went through three other tutors before finding Paul. I would highly recommend Paul to any parent looking for an excellent 11+ English Tutor. We are most certainly delighted with the results.

Paul has really improved my son's understanding and even how to tackle difficult questions especially in comprehension and eventually reaching the correct answer and how to strongly word his responses in creative writing!

We used 11plusenglishtutor to help my daughter prepare for the 11+ English paper, and it is excellent. Paul Sir is patient and encouraging, explained comprehension and creative writing clearly, gave useful feedback on practice papers, and she grew noticeably more confident over the weeks. Lessons were well organised and focused on exactly what the exam needs. I’d happily recommend him to any parent preparing a child for the 11+.

Paul is an excellent English tutor who gets straight to the point. Within just a few lessons, he was able to identify my son's weaknesses and develop a focused plan to address them. His feedback is clear, constructive, and always aimed at helping students improve. We appreciate his straightforward approach and commitment to achieving results. Highly recommended.
