I can honestly say working with Coach Carlos through the VIP Boot Camp has been a game changer for me. Before starting, I had a lot of curiosity about the shorter-term Airbnb business but also a fair share of uncertainty. Carlos broke everything down in a way that was practical, step-by-step, and easy to apply. What stood out most was not just the knowledge he shared, but the confidence he instilled in me. I feel like I’ve gone from “wondering if I could do this” to truly believing I can build a successful business in this space. The VIP Boot Camp gave me tools, strategies, and—most importantly—the mindset to move forward with clarity. Coach Carlos is more than a mentor; he genuinely cares about your growth and success. I leave this experience feeling not only prepared, but excited for the opportunities ahead in the shorter-term rental business.

With all the 5 STARS , am yet to see someone to confirm that they have actually rented out multiple properties or even a single property . Am i missing something? All i read is about the training and how great the coaches were which is great and amazing , but for those that have invested and actually took the training , please would anyone confirm how many properties you have actually rented out and how long it took you to rent out your first property .Please i would really appreciate an honest truth. Thank You !

Coach Carlos brings rare range: sharp business sense, creative problem-solving, and an approachable personality that makes it easy for me to ask questions and stay engaged. His meticulously detailed illustrations turn complex concepts into clear insights that are simple to grasp and easy to put into practice. Every session came with clear, actionable steps I could follow through on. I also learned how to break down property analysis and the useful tools to streamline the workflow. Throughout the entire VIP Boot Camp, Coach Carlos was also very accessible and engaging. He truly invested in our success. It has been my pleasure to learn from him.

Being unable to make my "onboarding" calls, Beth has been a great resource

Great information about how to view and use feedback to our advantage! You are a wealth of information! I hope to attend these sessions more consistently going forward.

This was a really good presentation. A lot of great information.

Beth is very clear about the process and I liked the way she addressed each of the items and she is very friendly. The way she explained made my task easier. Thanks Syed Arifuddin
