The technician, Raphael was easy going and focused on his job. He did explain that traffic was bad because twenty minutes to get here was closer to thirty. The price wasn't what I expected, but is to be expected during these times. Overall my issue was taken care of.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They deal in sketchy and predatory practices. They will likely quote you a price over the phone and then offer sudden and/or hidden service fees after completing the service. It's dishonest and shameful. They will try to get you to delete your reviews by offering you a refund but will not keep their promises.

Locksmith arrived quickly and had us in the door in ten minutes, However, he damaged the door and had to go back to the office to get screws to put the weatherstripping back in. For less than ten minutes of work he charged $625.00! outrageous.

10 minute locksmith is a great company to change the hardware and locks for your house, I called them for what was planned to be a small project and the ended up repairing all locks in my house, they offered to re-key them to match and the even made a spare key fob for my car, I will use them again. highly recommend
